Had to order parts for our Prime Time Sanibel, despite an extremely long delivery to their facility time (not their fault), we find their service department is great!

Brian gave us the training session on our new RV. He was kind and extremely patient. He also never corrected me when I kept calling him Jimmy. I thought that was the person they said would be helping us. Sorry Brian! He took his time with all of our questions.
