Jim is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of their travel trailers. The day we picked up our camper he discovered we might have a problem with a scratch on a window he immediately went over and fixed the problem; it was glue. The very same day we were struggling with the attachable mirrors he walked over and helped us add them on. While we were on our very first road trip, we did not remember how to turn on the back-up camera. We gave him a call and he explained that it was switch. He also gave us a few other tips. He is a real asset to their company! - Richard

The response that my wife and I received from the moment that we walked into the office was Awesome. From Jessica who made us feel welcome right from the start to Michael who was never pushy, but always helpful in taking the time to show and explain all that there was to the RV's that we were interested in, helping us to make the right decision. Jeremy who explained all that I need to finance the RV and made us feel good about our decision. Lastly, my hat's off to Brian who did our orientation to get us acquainted with our New RV. He explained everything in detail. He set up our hitch to level the load and stabilize the RV with our Truck. It was a FANTASTIC EXPERIANCE ! There are so many things that I would like to say about each of the great people but I would run out of space. I live in Northern KY and drove 2 hours one way, 2 times to select our RV and would do it again. That's how great these folks are. I was in my local dealerships and not one person gave me the impression that the cared about me as a customer. When I need another RV or servicing in the future Lee Country RV's is the only place I'll go. I highly recommend them, I promise you that you will not be disappointed. - Jim
We had a leaky water line in our new camper. We are full timers and only in the area for a short time. Laura submitted a request for warranty service. Jim fit us into their schedule and Mark, the mobile tech, got the repair done. In the meantime, the water pump went bad. Mark passed the info on to Laura and Jim. They got warranty approval and Mark returned the same day to replace the pump. Great service! We couldn't even get anyone to look into the first issue in the two places we were prior. After 10 years away from camping we just purchased a 2022 Cruiser Aire Travel Trailer. The experience from start to finish was wonderful. Jessica and Michael showed us many travel trailer options and eventually helped us find the one that met our needs the best. The day we picked it up we walked into the dealership to find our names on a board welcoming us to the Lee's RV Family. The friendliness and helpfulness of Tom and his staff made us feel appreciated and valued. Eric, the certified technician, that did the walk thru with us, both inside and out, was very knowledgeable and informative. We appreciated being able to video tape him as he explained important things to us so we have it for future reference. Tom is very personable, fun and easy to work with. He made sure we were happy and satisfied with everything. Zach, assisted us with purchasing some items that we needed for our travel trailer. We look forward to getting on the road, sightseeing and making some new memories with our camper. We are pleased that Lee's RV was just down the road to assist us with this process and it's nice to know they are there should we need anything in the future. - Ron

We have been talking for a few years to get a fifth wheel camper. We stopped in one day and Hobie was fantastic, he helped us narrow down what we needed/wanted in our camper. He was open and honest about prices which we really appreciated. We never felt pressured and they helped us with whatever questions we had. When we picked the one we wanted, we were scheduled time with Billy to go over all of the features on the camper. Since were first time campers, it can be intimidating but Billy was thorough with all of it! Definitely will be recommending everyone to Lees whose in the market for a camper! - Jessica
My husband and I went to Lees to shop around for our first camper. We were greeted by Hobie when we got there and we told him what we were looking for and what our budget was. He took us to look at a few very nice campers within our budget. He was not pushy at all when we said we needed to go home and discuss our options. We eventually found a more expensive camper online that we loved. We emailed Hobie and he was able to get us in our dream camper within our budget. I purchased my first camper from Lees Country RV. I ended up here after going to the other large RV/camper dealerships in the area. One dealership was the biggest in the camping world and all they did was try to sell me the more expensive campers they had on the lot. The salesman would not allow me to look at smaller, less expensive campers. I then located another salesman who showed me what I wanted but then gave me the What can I do to get you to buy a camper today? Even though I said I was not ready and that the price was too high. He then brought in the sales manager who also tried to pressure me. The sales manager even offered to sell me his own 2016 fifth wheel. That was all I needed to leave. I went to Lees and spoke with Michael Williams who took time to explain the difference in campers and then let me look without pressure. I was able to move about freely and note the options that I wanted to have. Then Jessica offered more advice and helped me decide what I really needed as a first time buyer. Michael actually convinced me to buy a camper that was $12000 cheaper than another one I was debating. He wanted me to be happy and not over my head as I learned how to be a camper owner. Once I selected the camper, Billy went over how to operate it and how to do the maintenance and made me feel confident and at ease. Tom and Jeremy took care of financing and made it go smoothly . The ladies will enjoy sitting at the desk with Tom while he does you financing because hes a handsome fella, almost pretty. All kidding aside, everyone was personable and joked around as you can see by the aforementioned description of Tom. It was a big purchase that was made easy and without stress. Plus, the service and treatment that comes with the purchase is a load off my shoulders. Also I get a membership of a year of free camping to help me ease into this. If you have gone or plan on going to one of the large corporate dealerships, DONT! You will regret it and I promise you will not get the personal treatment . - Scott

Glad I bought my RV at Lee's County RV. They are friendly, no pressure establishment unlike I had at other RV places. During the purchase Lee's RV spent 3 plus hours going over the RV until we felt comfortable with the RV. We bought the RV in March and could not be happier with the QUALITY of the RV. Traveling out west 5000 miles 4 weeks we had little if any issues with the SUNSET TRAIL. Very happy with Lees County RV and my Sunset Trail. - Reed
We were looking at campers on a Saturday and we met Jessica. She was very nice and very attentive to our wants and needs. No pressure sales techniques at all. We didn't buy that day but sure impressed by her and the whole establishment. We did buy some parts for our old camper , but when the time comes, we are going to look Jessica up to sell us a different camper. I also have been sales for many years I had ask her if there were any sales job openings and she didn't think there was at that particular time. I think it would be a great place to work. - Bill
